Return & Refund Policy

At Forwills, we want you to love your fragrance. If for any reason you are not satisfied, here is everything you need to know about our return and refund process.
1. Return Window
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with all seals intact. Due to the nature of fragrance products, opened or used perfumes cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
2. Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@forwills.in with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
3. How to Initiate a Return
Email us at support@forwills.in with your order ID and reason for return. Once approved, we will share a pickup address or arrange a reverse pickup via Shiprocket. Do not ship the product back without receiving written confirmation from us.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return: opened or used perfumes, items purchased during sale or at a discounted price, and gift sets where any component has been opened.
5. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. For UPI and card payments, the refund appears within 3–5 business days after processing. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer — please share your bank details when initiating the return.
6. Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer direct product exchanges. If you would like a different fragrance, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order separately.
7. Shipping Costs
If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, Forwills covers the return shipping cost. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
